Porterage, laundry, wines & alcoholic beverages, mineral water (unless specified), telephone charges, shopping, all items of a personal nature, and also food and drinks not forming part of the group menus.
Any extra expenses incurred for changing the route due to any unforeseen circumstances, natural calamities, political disturbances, strikes, etc.

Cancellation Policy:

30 days or more before departure: 25% of the tour cost will be charged.
15–29 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost will be charged.
Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the tour cost will be charged.
No refund will be provided for no-shows or unused services.

Required original passport (should be valid for a minimum of 06 (six) months from date of return).
One visa form duly filled and signed by the applicant (photocopy allowed).
02 passport-size photos on matte-finish paper (white background without border).
Hotel Booking.
Confirmed return/onward ticket (original + photocopy).
It is recommended that you attach your business card to the visa application form.
Copy of PAN Card for billing purposes.
WHO approved COVID vaccine certificates.
